Some places do not offer the Never Settle Bundle, but you should be able to contact AMD and get one.

Ok well i live in New zeland and it said on the site they do the bunndle here to. 

Maybe you got a version with the bundle code not in it. Like Samdb said, contact them.

Check other websites to see if it's still running, if it is then contact AMD, I think that's the conclusion everyone here agrees on, cheers.
