so lately ive noticed problems with the software, it was fine for months, then its started acting weird, first the fans wouldnt turn on until 90 degrees then it would run the normal speeds, it did that a couple times. i then noticed that no matter what i did it kept setting the minimum gpou voltage to the max it would go, so i reinstalled it and then the fan curves were all messed up and i couldnt do anything and the voltage thing kept happening, now i reinstall it again and now im geting driver crashes almost every 10 minutes. what is going on ?

Have you tried reinstalling/updating GPU driver? Another thing is to do complete uninstall for GPU Tweak. Like delete all its folders and associated files.

already did everything. Although I just bought an ssd so I'll most likely do a fresh windows install within the week and see if that does anything

You can try MSI Afterburner. At the end of the day they are all the same. They are all skins over RivaTuner which implements Nvidia's NvAPI's and AMD APIs which is the set of APIs from Nvidia/AMD to communicate with the graphics card drivers to apply the defined overclocks.

If it crashes with MSI Afterburner, then the problem is probably with the drivers. If the problem is gone, then there is a bug in the ASUS skin layer of RiverTuner, and you can continue to use MSI Afterburner as it is the same software at the end of the day.
