what PSU shell i go for?

i used cooling-master website to find out how much PSU i need and it said 450, is that correct and enough? tell me what you think....here's the build.

It's not the same psu, and the reviews aren't nearly as good.  And its only $6.  I would rather have the best if I was going x99.
