Is my 980 ti reference underperforming? I saw a movie on youtube with Titan x , and he get almost 20 fps more than me on 980 ti stock.

I am using the same details, ultra, hairworks and 1920x1080. I test exact the same place on game like he. He got 70 fps, when i got 50 fps. I check my gpu usage and is 99%.

Can somebody tell me why it is 20 fps difference?

Second 0:58. I get there 53 fps, when he got 75 fps.

My card is 980 ti reference. On title must be 980 ti, not 980 ( my fault )

Is he Overclocked at all? If he had a GPU OC and CPU OC I could understand  the difference in FPS
