Steam levels..sheesh

So I used to feel big and bad (if at any time it really mattered) that I had a level 5 steam account. So here is what I did. I looked at my friends list and picked the highest level which was 7. I then went to his friends list and clicked on the highest level friend he had. I kept doing this until I reached the highest level that I could find. I'm sure there are higher levels but this is what I found

I am only level 18 but I wouldn't have a minimum limit level for people to add me, that's just stereotyping new or low level users in general as people who are poor or are just noobs when most likely they don't care for the steam trading cards level system.

 

Then again, he can do whatever he wants, it just seems immoral.
