I don't give a shit about 64 bit processors in phones personally, but hopefully the heat output of 14nm should be good, but I'm happy with my 805 and am not planning to upgrade in a long long time.

well samsungs latest a57 soc uses 14nm and it doesnt have the same heat issues that plagued the 810

LMK when qualcomm chips actually run at their specified clock speeds for extended periods of time because afaik, they haven't been able to for the last 2 years.
