Need advice on PC price range from $1000 ~ $2000

Hi!

 

I'm looking for gaming PC.

 

1. Budget & Location
Budget: USD $1000~$2000 (MYR $4000~$8000) 
Location: Malaysia

2. Aim
99% for hardcore gaming with extreme/ultra setting. (Games like: Crysis 3, GTA 5, The Witcher 3, Assassin's Creed Unity, etc. etc.)

3. Monitors
Nope. I have one currently. But if total cost for rig is within range, I'm thinking of swapping for a new monitor with resolution of 1920x1080 or higher.

4. Peripherals
Same as #3. If within range, An OS Windows 8.1 Pro is okay. No need for Mice & Keyboard. A speaker will do (My current Hi-Fi died on me as well. Been using for mroe than 10years now).

5. Why are you upgrading?
Reason for upgrade: My current rig (been suing for like 7~10 years) died on me and I'm currently using Laptop Asus ROG-G551JM for gaming right now. So a PC would be better.

5. Preferred brand
Asus, Nvidia, Intel, Corsair, Coller Master

 

Also prefer fan cooling system. I'm not a pro a liquid cooler.
