Hej guys i will by a 980Ti (g1 gaming for now) is one enough for 4k gaming?

how much do i have to turn down the settings to still be able to play?

Is it then still worth or better try something like a triple 1080p or a single 1440p?

Consider: after a year or so i will by a secound one

it depends on what games you want to play

Edit: but I'd recommond you one with a custom PCB because they are pretty darn near to a Titan X (sometimes even better)

Whitcher, lords of the fallen, skyrim,...

As the others said, at high settings it shouldn't be that much of a problem to stay in the 60's

You could also look at an ultra wide 21:9 at 1440p, 34".  Those are a great balance of resolution and real estate, and I think is still a fair amount fewer pixels than 4k.  Should be able to go Ultra with a single 980 ti.

I suggest waiting to see how the Fury x compares to 980 ti (reviews will be out tomorrow).

Have you got an example for one with that specs which would be good for gaming

The LG 34UM67 was the one I had in mind.  75hz with Freesync, and I believe IPS.
