I would not use USB wireless adapters from own experience. They simply suck IMHO. Get a cheap Powerline (internet transferred over the power in the building, make sure the electricity isn't 200 years old or so), or get a PCI adapter. Else, it looks good

Thermaltake toughpower is a good PSU

 

Drop the optical drive unless you use one (os can be installed from USB key) get a windows license elsewhere (eg, http://www.reddit.com/r/MicrosoftKeySwap/comments/39re3f/h_windows_881windows_7_serversmore_w_paypal/ )

 

 

This will allow you to go SLI / CF.. drop in a used i7 or unlocked i5 later and oc or upgrade on the cheap.. Left in the DVD drive to compensate for the windows key (should be able to get one for $20)

 

Or go h81 / H97 and add a 120GB SSD.

Dont get that headset. Youre better off using regular iPhone earpods with an intergraded mic. Get an EVGA psu and unless youre planning to keep this PC for 3 years, I would get the msi a88xm e35. Its cheaper and has all you need unless you really care about looks.
