I feel like I'm the only one around here who uses a wireless mouse as my primary daily driver. I have a Logitech G700s and I'm absolutely in love with it. I see a lot of bashing of wireless devices on the internet, complaining about input lag and running out of battery.

What are your thoughts?

Help me I'm surrounded by morons.

I have a logitech g602 and love it. I got it over six months ago, and its still is at over half battery. I don't notice and delay from it being wireless either. I love the build quality and button layout, so its an amazing mouse for me.

I've never replaced the battery on my G700s. It came with eneloop batteries and I'm very happy with them. I charge it every night, however, and it lasts me through the day and more.

5 years ago I bought a decent wireless mouse to use primarily... Let's just say I threw it away after 6 months. Batteries would last OK, but as soon as they started running out, I'd get input lag, skipping, not such great response, missed clicks and I didn't always have reserve ones near me. It just pissed me off, especially since I was spending tons of time on MW2 at the time. I don't know what it's like now, if things have improved and how good higher end ones are. But I'm never going wireless again...

I don't know the name of my laptop mouse, but it's very similar to the MX Nano. Probably cheaper.

I use the nano (might upgrade to the master) because its darkfield and can track over anything, I have even used the mouse on a train window before

Logitech Performance MX here, had it for a little more then a year now. I honestly prefer wireless mouse's better as they, well, don't have any cables, and for my desk, I already have way to much cables on it. Honestly I've really never seen the difference in input lag between my MX and a wired mouse. Batteries come rechargable, which is good because I always have my a micro-usb cord plugged into my laptop, which I can connect to the mouse to recharge. Charging doesn't take that long and when its fully charged it lasts for about 3-4 weeks for me before I have to recharge it again.

Intel i5-6600k (Cooled by a 212 evo) - Asus Z170-A - Asus Dual OC GTX 1060 - NZXT S340 - WD 1TB (Getting SSD this month, hopefully) - 8GB DDR4-2400

LG G4 - Asus Zenwatch 2

I used to use the logitech g700 and  g602. Both of them would drop connection for a split second , no matter how close they were to the receiver. It was because of my wireless router. I decided to go wired instead because it was cheaper than a decent WAP. yeah batteries where a pain, charging daily was surprisingly hard to remember to do.

Here is where I would keep my frolics if I had any.
