So, what do you guys think the best Top mount PSU case is, i'm asking because i've always wanted one for some reason.

you could also try the cougar spike both are very similar, but the cougar spike has the "gamer" look while the core 1100 has the simple typical design

Top mounted psu's are very rare nowadays and most are phased out due to the fact that bottom mounting offers more flexibility and stability.

 

All top mounted PSU's nowadays I've encountered are  mATX but even if it's mATX it's still considered a mid tower so just go for that.

1100 doesn't have usb2.0 version, you are thinking about 1000.

1100 doesn't have usb2.0 version, you are thinking about 1000.

A couple of lian li cases have top mount PSU's and I JUST FOUND A TJ04 HOLY SHIT!

I wouldn't recommend lian li unless you have money to burn since lian li is more of a premium choice of cases and they're recent attempt for a budget case failed miserably.
