Optimal Graphic Settings for Battlefield 4 : 1440p / 60Fps

When the fps goes from 60 to 59 or 58 there's a spike and the gpu usage drops to 99 - 98% and the Fps hasn't had any major dips yet. (As in low 40s or 50s)

From what max fps? Dip is difference between min and avg not how low it is but how low it is relative to avg.

From 60 fps. I'm running the game with v-sync on.

I play on a Tv so there is no need for me to go over 60 fps.

Still sounds like a cpu issue. 290 is too powerful for 8350

FX8350 is not so good as you might think, it bottlenecks cards like that.

I had 970 paired with 8350 and it was bottlenecking the hell out of that GPU.
