I've recently started uploading and I have 2 videos that are submissions to a YouTuber and theyre not rendered videos, and theyre uploaded in 1080p60, but when i rendered a joke video as i was working on something bigger, it looked ALOT worse, and it was locked at 30fps, even in 1080p it looked really bad and it was really grainy. Anyone know what could be wrong?

I record with OBS and edit with Sony Vegas 13.

1080p, 60 fps, best quality.

There's a lot more to rendering settings than that.
