So I broke my laptop *oops*, and I am going to build a new PC. I already have the Monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, microphone, and Windows 8.1. I was thing of staying around $500 USD. I play Minecraft and CS:GO sometimes settings. I usually play Terraria and plague inc. Thanks.

A little over $500 but this build can play all the games you mentioned plus it can play the latest titles (not at max settings though). Also it utilizes AMD's latest 300 series GPUs which are more power efficient.
