Regular restarts

Help my Fathers computer keeps restarting usually after its been on for a while or when i turn on a benchmark.

It works fine if it's been of for a while. I first  thought it would be overheating but the temps seem fine. the psu is the same one i use and cannot be the problem.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
