when makign a post there like a little box you can tick to insert poll options. ad things to vote on, select how many things someone can vote on, ect. 

been awhiel using it myself.

Can not answer that question, not specific enough.

Do you mean software or hardware? For yourself or others? Just swapping components or go at it with the soldering iron?

I'd honestly do a lot of the stuff that I do for free, but I don't want to give people that expectation...
