Network card speed

Hey guys i  ran speed test on my pc and phone respectively and i noticed speed differences

 

Specifically ~11 mbps upload on my pc and ~29 mbps upload on my phone

 

My phone I am currently using is a Oneplus One

My pc specs are 

i5 4690k

8gb ram

750watt gold ps seasonic

Mb - Gigabyte z97mx M-atx motherboard 

 

EDIT: Is there any way to fix my upload speeds?

so sorry about that, im looking for a way to make my upload speed normal as its ~28/29 on my phone but ~11 on my pc.

Ah okay, well first things first.

- Dual band router?

- Dual band Laptop?

- Do you test laptop and phone from the same position (probably, but should asked).

 

There is always the possibility that the antenna in you laptop just sucks. I get pretty different speeds from my laptop/tablet/phone as well.

Is the download also different?

Dual band router.

Im using a PC but i also possess a dual band laptop

I was using my PC and my PHone in the same position.
Was using wired Ethernet from my router to pc.

Hmm strange, might be a problem with the cable (though you'd expect problems with the down speed as well) or the drivers of your mobo. Have you tried updating the drivers?
