Freezer 7 Pro not preforming

My freezer 7 pro is running at 50 - 60C just browsing ,etc and hitting 70 on load! This is heating up my room loads so I need some help! I am overclocked however, even at stock clock + voltage my temps are high 40s/low 50s idle and high end 60s on load. I have taken my heatsink off once before before re-applying thermal paste, would this be a solution? would It create a major difference to my current temperatures?

Yes, you should re-apply thermal paste everytime you take off your cooler otherwise when you put it back on 1. It doesn't spread properly, 2. It has air bubbles trapped inside.

Try installing it again. Maybe the thermal paste isn't applied well.Has bubbles, or not covering all of the contact area.
