Sticker?!

What sticker? That's not normal. No sticker should be on the surface of the heat spreader.

Its not the biggest sticker its kinda small i wish i could upload it, im from my iphone

Yep. Remove it unless you want burning plastic. Contact Intel anyway/just in case. Maybe it'll provide some random insight on the topic.

It was probably meant to be on the plastic case thing the CPU came in and some how got turned around or placed wrong.
