CPU Cooler Help

I'm building a new system with an i5-4690k. I'm building it for gaming and Youtubeing. I would like some help determining which cooler to get. I just want to know some good coolers (air or water) for less than $70 USD.

I hate to be that guy, but Hyper 212 EVO.  It's just too damn good.

It would really help if you mention what case you use. Some cooler might be too big/can't fit in certain case.

I'm using a Nanoxia Deep Silence 1. As far as I can tell, it is actually fairly similiar to the Define R_ Series from Fractal.

You mean uploading, being a YouTuber. I have never heard Youtubeing and I am sure it would be spelled Youtubing but I was just curious what you were saying by it, didn't mean to be rude in a way if I came across like that.
