1440P Gaming build

Hey there guys :) First post! Long time subscriber of linus. Anyways It's finally time for a new build I think, Been four years! Anyways I haven't been keeping up with hardware since my last build and I'm just lost. I want to build a m-ITX rig in a bitfenix prodigy. I will be using two monitors when not gaming but when I am gaming I will be playing on a 1440p display. I want to spend 900-1200$ on the rig. I would like to use NCIX just because there's one not that far away from me. Thanks guys :)

I asume you still have HDD's lying around from your old computer so you can use them, you can also buy a liquid (or not) cooler at a later date if you wish.

Anywho - did you want to overclock? Do you need an OS or peripherals? Is the monitor to be factored into the budget?
