Computer freezes after startup(Need help!)

hey guys, today I woke up in the morning and turned on my pc, suddenly my mouse, keyboard and screen freezed. I couldnt move my mouse nor type anything. My pc is really old and shitty but I cant afford anything for now and I really need my pc to start working again or otherwise I will die of boredom, its summer here btw. When my pc frooze I thought that It was a windows problem, so I decided to re-install windows and see if the problem was going to disappear. Got my disc into comp a and started re-installing but now my pc freezes after windows copies files(4%). Its really frustrating and annoying. I need your help guys!! pc specs are Gtx 560ti gigabyte oc edition, amd athlon 4000+, psu 300w and 3 sticks of 2gb ram DDR2 . You dont have to state how shitty my pc since I already know that. ;( My pc has been working for 2 years now or more. sorry if I misspelled anything, its really hard to write with phones, every single word gets autocorrected and I need to delete/write again... argh pure aids.

you need a cpu cooler. look at your temps.

Your hardrive might be dead it happened to me luckily I had a backup on an external hardrive

but you still need a cpu cooler. also please report on your temps.

Is that a computer without a CPU cooler, or did you just take it out? Also, the minimum power supply recommended for the GTX 560 Ti is a 500W.

I took it out. So you can get a good view of my pc.

Ill try to replace the hdd with another one which isnt alot better, gonna see if it works. Will update you guys
