Steam skin help with updating some code

i don't know how to work the code on this one, and i don't know how hard it is to fix this. But i have a skin that's a bit outdated which makes some UI elements weird:

It's mostly the download section that is the hardest to work with cause it's hard to see and the X buttons ain't working =/ and there's the steam button in the top left corner you can barely manage to press that button and my name isn't showing just 2 characters "2 S..."
