I'm going to get this for my PC but I was wondering if there was a better one , doesnt matter the price just one with better LED's or a better controller. I've never run into one of these before but I really like it.

Most of my posts are very controversial, please try not to get butthurt.

There's not much like the Hue, although there is not a shortage of cheap chinese LED strips which can be easily modded to fit molex connections.

if you wanted to save a little and not have to use your optical drive bay you could try these http://www.amazon.com/NZXT-CB-LED20-BU-Sensitivity-Sleeved-2-Meters/dp/B0046Y5Z5G/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1434275409&sr=8-2&keywords=pc+ledor just buy two of them cus they're like half the price of the others, just a thought :D

How would I change the LED strip?

I saw those but I like the idea of having a controller, its just an extra cool effect :D . Also I have 2 drive bays to spare so I was going to use 1 for this and 1 more for a drive bay reservoir

for my liquid cooling

they have remote controllable LED strips. in my last pc, a s340, I ran LEDS in the top looking down. 2 rows, nice even glow over the whole thing. couldnt see the LEDS unless you looked up from the bottom of the window. the control box and such was hidden in the back of the case, behind the motherboard tray, and it had a little IR reciever, that I black electric taped so it was pointing out of a cable management hole.

then used either the included remote, or my galaxy s4 to control the lighting. cost less then 20$ for everything
