So a few months ago my email got hacked and then they changed my Steam info, stole my items and I lost about 200 dollars worth of stuff. I've already contacted Steam 3 times and they say they can't do anything. Is there anything I can do or am I just out of luck?

Contact your bank, tell them the exact transactions and say it was fraud/was not you. They will refund you for it.

No. He didn't charge any money he just traded my items away. I told Steam who he traded it to but they didn't do anything about him.

well steam is NEVER going to do anything about it because they suck monky balls at customer service so gg you lost $200 :(

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Since it all sarted with your email being hacked, Steam might not be very interested in helping. As its not really their problem or fault. People who get straight forward hacked inside Steam are more in luck with help. You can read those stories in these forums too. Getting items back isn't going to happen. You might get account and games back.
