issues with steam games (GTA IV, Darksider series)

so the summer sale is on, bought a few games, agme's just a frustration as they couldn't run properly for some reason. I suceffully got the refund for GTA IV approved; but for Darksiders, clicking refund button just brings me to You selected the issue: I'm having gameplay or technical issues  

which then again brings me to the support page.

 

any ideas on what's wrong?
