Silent 140mm High Static Pressure Fan Help

I am deciding between these 140mm fans because they are supposed to be silent and with good airflow as well.
I would use as front intake for a nzxt s340 case
It is between these two because they fit the black n white color scheme of my build.

Akasa APACHE Black (Rebranded to Rosewill Hyperborea) These are the specs

Phanteks PH-F140SP  These are the Specs

Which one would you chose?
Do you have any other recommendation for a  high static pressure/ black or white color 140mm fan?

Thanks

I would chose the APACHE Black, those specs look amazing and promising.

Hyperboreas are well regarded, though primarily it's the 120mm version mentioned.

Phanteks fans I never really hear about, but given how popular a company Phanteks is, I figure I would have heard anything people have to say about their fans by now.

Also if you don't mind having some extra options, Cougar Vortex and Noctua's Redux NF-P14s could be good alternatives.

Also , if i may slip in , im in the same situation as OP , tho for the H440 .

I have found these for 10 euros per fan : http://www.scythe-eu.com/no_cache/en/pressrelease/product/scythe-erweitert-glidestream-serie-um-140-mm-modelle.html

I do have scythe fans in my rig atm , and they are quiet , and being 6 years old without any hitches i dont think these should be any different ..

Tho , i didnt find alot of reviews , but those i did find say the fan is one of the best for static pressure . reading from their website , the 1200RPM version my vendor has , does ( quoting from vendor and scythe webiste ) " 1200RPM - 84.59 CFM @ 29,5dBA or lower .

Im sceptical of those since if it were one of the best fans for static pressure , you think it would be a better known fan design / brand ?

So if anyone has experience with them ?

Cougar's 140mm vortex's are very very good, you could get some of those.

Do you have an actual source for the Akasa fans?  If so then I hope you give them a try and report back to us.  Those specs are incredible.

Anyone know what their reported power draw is?  Because if they are not drawing at least 0.25 amps then the specs are questionable.

Fans are very silent!!

Air goes to the sides ant not so centralized as advertised, I don't know if that even matters there is plenty of air pushed even though it is close to a filter and closed front panel... case only has two small inlets of air one at top and one at bottom so that's why I wanted static pressure fans.

I asked a guy from youtube that is doing a pwm controller with arduino, and has the tools to test this.

He says "each draw around 250 mA at full throttle.  They might temporarily draw a hair more while they accelerate up to speed."

Here is a picture ( btw I added a carbon fiber fan sticker to hide the label )
