Best >£40 microphone for gaming and skype

Hi guys looking for a decent microphone for gaming and skype i do not have an audio card and so i understand must buy a usb mic ??? im not too sure. I would be very great full if anyone could help me out.

Yes, its XLR, you'll need a mixer. Go for the the mod mic.
