I have used a RuneScape bot program called SCAR DIVI to do such clicky things, but it's probably way too complicated for you.

I would think that it's limited to the polling rate. I'll say 750/s to deal with the protocol.

I got 255 click per button press. For reasons unknown to me, thats the limit of my Kova+
