Alright so I literally just upgraded my computer from a radeon 6450 HD to a GTX 460 with a 120 GB ssd and a 500 watt PSU. I plugged my computer in and had to reinstall a few things due to my hard drive failing and when I did after an hour or 2 I started to play Battlefield 3 to see how smooth it ran. I put the graphics on high and played 2 matches just fine. Then when I exited out of battlefield 3 my monitor started to show weird things. Then I got an error saying that my display driver crashed and recovered and my monitor kept turning off and I had to restart my computer. It now crashes my drivers when im watching youtube videos and when I load up a game like cs:go or battlefield 3 (the only 2 games i have installed). My computer also vibrates so loud it sounds like a train is passing by my house and after a while stops vibrating really loud and just silently vibrates.

It's my first time modifying my computer and my friend is saying that its my power cable running to my outlet to my tower and that its not providing enough voltage for my PC. I just need help and if anyones had this situation how did you fix it?

Update: I rode it out and my monitor turns green and it says my VGA port isn't connected anymore. I think it may be drawing power from things to provide more power to my GPU.

First things first, go through your PC and make sure everything is plugged in correctly. Second thing is to use Display Driver uninstaller(http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html) to completely remove your driver then install a fresh non beta version. Then test to see if the issue continues, doing this will help us find out if you're having hardware or software issues.

Won't uninstalling my display drivers stop anything from showing up on my monitor? Second of all how do I go about installing a fresh non beta version of it?

Also if it helps at all my audio messes up when my display drivers start to screw up.

A gpu can display without drivers installed, you can do basic windows function when you remove them it's just likely that your resolution will default to somethign terrible like 800x600(which you can change without drivers too). Go here for drivers http://www.geforce.com/drivers, just don't use the 353.06 driver as it's broken.
