Adobe CS Budget Card that can Lightly game

I was wondering which card would be better for mainly video editing, but some light gaming (TF2, Dirt Rally, etc.).

I think a GTX 750 Ti would be better than something like a R9 280. Am I correct?

Also, is there a better card for a budget of about $190?

go for r9 280(x) it performs a lot better than the 750 ti. the 750 ti is in the r9 270 range,

If you use after affects get the nvida card as it only supports cuda. If you don't use AE go amd. The gpu doesn't do much so pair a 750ti with something like a 4790k or a E3 1231 V3 and 16 + gigs of ram if you want to get work done fast.

GTX 960 or GTX 770 (if you can still get one cheap) would be similar performance and price range.

gtx 770 if u can find one. else the r9 280(x) and dont go for the 960, 1 GB  less vram and less performance.
