They look fine, but they could be better. Optimize your airflow.

I have a 4570 with a Hyper 212 EVO. I never go above 55-56°C, and the NiC C5 is way better than the EVO, it has more heatpipes and dissipation area.

If you scroll down, you'll see the maximum temperature for the i5-4430 is around 72 C, so you should be fine. If you're worried that it may increase at all, it would help changing out the thermal paste, getting a new CPU cooler or adding more case fans.

Happy Gaming! :)

I'm not sure what he means with "out" but I think he means "off", that means the temps are on a passive heatsink. That's not bad.

Oh... If that's with heatsink only then that's actually great. I don't find any reasons to don't have fans on the cooler ._.

I have 2 fans in the front (intake), 1 rear, and 3 on the top blowing out air. They're all running around  ~1000rpm

what do you mean fans "out". you mean passive?

No fans on the heatsink, i meant passive.

The 2 fans that came with the cooler have recently been making a high pitch sound, and I dont have any extras that I can use laying around
