So my gf was playing on my old rig, a core 2 quad paired with a gtx 760, and the mobo decided to die. I was wondering if there was a program i could use to put the gtx 760 in my rig for her to use, and have the rest of my resources split between us? I have a 5820k so im certain i can handle it. I would love a program where i could designate 2 cores to her, 4 cores to me, split my 8gb of ram equally so we each have 4gb, and have my 970 run my games while the 760 runs hers. I'm running windows 8.1, but i have a spare hdd so i wouldnt mind using another OS. Id prefer to stay on windows but i suppose i could learn linux if i absolutely had to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't you dedicate certain amounts of system resources towards a virtual machine. That's all I can think of

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)
