Good replacement for MX518?

I want to replace this legendary mouse not because it's breaking or anything, it's sort of become disgusting and a health hazard over the years 

So i want a new mouse:

 

Optical Only

No flashy replaceable/adjustable grips

Similar button layout to MX518

suitable for claw grip

Helpful optimist by day, Troll by night

Find a G400 or MX518 in new shape and enjoy it all over again?
