Squadron 42 soon?

My buddy said it would be going beta soon but I'm skeptical. I'm mostly waiting for squadron 42 to get into SC but ya im doubting his claims. Anyone else hear anything about this?

No, still waiting for the fps

Thats what immediately popped into my head when he said that, but hes in a position to know since he is currently a backer.

Well Octoberish is when we are ment to have it but we have the fps and planetside to wait for (that was ment to be spring time) then arena commander 2.0 (Summer).

But all the waiting looks like its worthwhile, there's some real prep into the FPS with extra time, they've also gone quiet about the FPS and it really feels like its coming out soon.

I agree, but them going quite could mean that it is a while away and they dont want to admit it.

There were so many bugs when they showed in in ATV.

True but it seems strange Travis talking about it and how they will release it, some studios are complete and are just keeping there hands busy, Im not really hyped for the FPS but I would say we are talking (optimistically) a week till release in the PTU for the few to a month for full alpha release

Probably. I am much the same about the FPS. I am more exited about the proof of concept and advancements. It is one step closer to the full game ;)

Hopefully the FPS is good enough to entise me into getting it lol. if its a very solid MP experience I could spring the cash for ti

Well honestly planet side is more exciting for me and I thought they wouldn't release it until AC 2.0 came out as the next gaming convention is in August
