Earphones under $40?

Hi I have a pair of klipsch s2's (x1's) but the tips are missing and I have $40 to spend.

 

So I was wondering if I should get some comply foam tips for my klipsch's or buy a new pair of IEM's/Earphones because I've never really liked the sibilance on the klipsch's.

 

I really like the sound of the Sony MDR-7506's so I think I want some earphones that sound either balanced like the sony's or bassy like portapro's.

 

Any help is appreciated.
