Nope Nope Nope! It will not run. Only bootcamp will allow for programs that are made for windows to actually run and run well. Parallels is good for testing but has awful, acceleration, driver support, and is no where near as powerful as your actual computer.

I have tried running gta v on my mac 15 with gtx 750m 2gb, but it will not load in parallels. Will it only run in bootcamp, or will it be able to run in parallels?

Not loading = ? Does it show some error or what happens?

starts up, and when loading the game it crashes not only the game but all of parallels

Maybe Parallels doesn't offer the hardware features or acceleration needed.
