sounds like you don't have ask the drivers installed. AI suit requires the ASUS Approved drivers to work properly. Do not use genetic Windows drivers.

uninstall AI suit , then install drivers, then reinstall AI suit.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

go to this link and make sure you have all the latest drivers. Do not install the older ones (notice you have 2 audio drivers, one is newer). If you don't have these drivers, or you choose to use generic drivers, then AI suit will not work the way it's intended.

I did that now and the message is still showing up. I read something that it's a problem with the ACPI

did you install the acpi drivers? All that is, is the data interface. But it could be attached to quite literally any driver or any piece of software you have going on.

well then, at this point of it was my system I'd do a clean install of Windows. Follow this guide I made a while back so you don't have problems like this again.

well if you won't do a correct install of Windows, which is what I think it would take at this point, I don't know what else to do. And in your other post I even posted a copy of the manual that tells you what to do.
