Someone create the cheapest pc ever on PCPP just for fun. http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

 

Rules:

• Must have all necessary parts to work

• No peripherals, monitor, OS, or anything other than the computer itself 

MUST INCLUDE: CPU, case, motherboard, ram ,storage, PSU, Optical drive (to install windows)

Windows can be installed from a USB Thumb drive.. No need to waste ~$20 on an optical drive, bro.

 

So there's $20-25 extra to spend on CPU or.. Not spend it and make it even cheaper.
