I am building a new PC. I need help building one because I just can't decide on which parts to pick, etc. That's why I am asking for your kind help, to design me a PC that will fit my budget and requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to play current-gen titles (not all, of course). I don't really care if it's on high or ultra settings, I just want it to play current-gen titles with anti-aliasing on (even on the lowest setting), on a 1080p monitor and should be at a stable, playable frame rate (30 FPS min.)
  • Must be upgradable in the future. New RAM modules, new graphics cards, new hard drives, all that kind of bling-bling.
  • Must run programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator. (I'm cutting this part out).
  • Must be able to handle 2 monitors. I have 2 monitors but they have different resolutions, one is a 1920 x 1080 monitor while the other one is a 1280 x 1024.

THINGS TO INCLUDE IN THE BUILD:

  • Case
  • PSU
  • Motherboard
  • RAM
  • CPU
  • GPU
  • SSD (optional, if you can cram an SSD into the budget, then why not?)

THINGS TO EXCLUDE ON THE BUILD:

  • HDD. I already have a 1TB HDD with a copy of Windows installed on it.
  • OS. I already have a 3-Pack Windows 7 Home Premium.
  • Keyboard and Mouse. I already have a mouse and a keyboard.
  • PSU, I have a SeaSonic gray 600W 80+ Bronze rated PSU.

Since I am currently in the Philippines for a vacation, All parts should be available in this website (http://pcx.com.ph/) because that's the nearest computer parts retailer from my house. Yes, I know it's in peso but you can use a currency converter to convert it to USD. You can exceed the budget by atleast $50, but please don't exceed $100. Thanks guys!

USD to PHP as of 11:53 PM, 6/3/2015 Philippine Standard Time: 1 USD = 44.75 Philippine Peso

Possible, but not easy, a $800 budget is much more realistic

Well, with an i7, GTX 1080, Full tower and flashy lights, it can obviously only be for one thing:

I would be able to spend $800 on it, but if I do, I won't be able to stay here for a long time. I'd probably be back to my homeland in about a week or so.

I don't really care if it's going to be shit really. I just want a PC that can play current-gen titles even on the lowest setting and can run Photoshop and Illustrator.
