Good PSU to go with my gaming rig?

Both of those PSU's seem fine. Refer to this http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html It will show you what's good and bad

The Antec one you have there is tier 2 which is perfect for price and quality

Budget? I say most wattage 650.

Antec one is fine.

I would probably go for the Corsair one, but that's just me.

 

However, in case you are interested in nice cables: Maybe step up to an RM 650 or something similar. I don't know what kind of case you have, and if it has a window I would highly recommend getting a PSU with nice cables included. Extensions are definitely more expensive than buying a PSU with nice cables right away. I wish I had done that....

The Antec TruePower Classic will destroy the Corsair CX. It performs around the level of the HX.
