That is a CPU issue if you are using 1080p.

You are complaining about 100+ fps in a game?

Going from 300fps to 100fps shows a lot of stuttering

i'd like to mention TF2 only uses two CPU cores. (you can also set it to one)

i have an i7 5930k

Considering that i7 5960x Overclocked to 4.4Ghz can bottleneck 3 way Titan X SLI at 1080p. At this point it sounds like a bottleneck. According to JayzTwoCents.

Going from 300fps to 100fps shows a lot of stuttering

I know but it just sounds bitchy because I have to use an AMD APU laptop and am lucky to get 100fps in some games.

well its goes like between 150 to 190 and tomrow i will have someone overclock all my stuff

Maybe the OC will fix it, since TF2 likes less very good core (as opposed to 6 cores/12 threads that are slightly less strong)

You're funny.

I would never get 100fps in a game. Not even an old one or CS:GO or something.

How is that funny? It is low to medium settings not ultra...
