Corsair k95 USB 3.0 not enough resources

i just got my k95 the other day and i plugged it into the usb 3.0 port (keyboard logo) on the back of my mobo, but it says that theres not enough resources to run a device, so now my mic on my headset dosnt work. but when i plug it into usb 2.0 or the 3.0 in the front it all works fine.

 

it is just annoying having to plug it in from the front, apparently i can increase the power of the usb ports on the back or something?  also sometimes when i plug it in the back, my keyboard can be detected for 1 second then it stops working with no lights, also my mobo is the z87x-ud3h gigabyte board
