Any ideas?

I think there may be some people on here who will want to see what those blue screen messages said.  That information could be very helpful.

You an I both. It restarts to quickly to even read. It just flashes on the screen

First, make sure your graphics card is properly seated, and power connectors are all firmly in place. If that is a-ok then try booting with only one stick of RAM at a time. If you go through all sticks then its time to look at your CPU. You may need to reseat it (make sure you have some extra thermal compound on hand).

Anything I should attempt to change in the bios?

That may be needed later on. There are other things we need to check first.

Did you do a fresh install of windows when you replaced your components?

Check to see if any of the motherboard stand-offs (in your case) are touching the motherboard where they shouldn't do, possibly causing a short circuit.

Check all power connections to the board.

That may be the problem - some times it a bit hit and miss with re-using a Windows install from a previous CPU & Motherboard. If you can't find anything physically wrong, you may have to reinstall Windows. But this should be the last thing you should do; I'm not sure why the BIOS is playing up.

Have you tried resetting the CMOS? (Remove the motherboard battery and re-insert it).

You will probably have to do a fresh install as Dave stated. The install from your old pc wont work as it won't have all of the necessary drivers installed for your motherboard.

Oh sweet
