So as a bit of a side project, I decided that I had wanted to try and throw iATKOS ML on my OptiPlex 760. I did it, and it worked beautifully. But since I used ML and not S3, I don't have graphics drivers, and obviously no sound drivers. But it worked! As proof:

you know, I have a xeon build in a mac pro case, built on one of the very few motherboards that support thunderbolt. and yet I havent made it a hackintosh yet.

You really should try it if your parts are compatible.

lol It goes along with my attitude right now.

xeon 1230 v3, a sabertooth mobo, and a evga 750ti. I believe they all are. just have to wait for my buddy to come over with his mac to download yosemite or whatever the newest one is

So far the only issues I've run into are that of no proper graphics drivers and no audio drivers. I think I am going to try S3 next since it seems to be known for working better.

So far the only issues I've run into are that of no proper graphics drivers and no audio drivers. I think I am going to try S3 next since it seems to be known for working better.

You can install the drivers via specific proprietary driver files no?
