Well my GPU has been acting pretty wired these days wired fps locks like 15fps stable then i restart my pc and it works fine! but now i was watching Linus on youtube and i had white screen for a sec then some wierd colors and shit and now my arrow is pretty fucked up! and when it all finished it was saying your grapics drivers are not working right(something like that)
I tried changeing driver version everything nope its still fucked up! 
AMD of course HD6850 im going to pick up GTX 960 Strix tomorow!

I guess he just decided to die, flickering is a common issue with old or defected cards.

It's probably articfacting, so it's dying.

But just to be sure, have you tried reinstalling the drivers and have you checked the temps?

Take it apart and clean it of dust and crudz, redo the thermal paste too.

 

If its still giving issues,.. bin it.

 

If you have NO idea how,.. youtube guides.

of course thats the first thing i did i tried older drivers newer drivers bljah still same problems

Driver crash? Get rid of any overclock and see if it still happens. What do temps look like? If they're high and you see the temps rise very quickly when put under load, it might be time to change the thermal paste.

 

It might just be dying. Cards don't last forever.
