You can't. I could write a tutorial on how to create this in photoshop however.

It should be fairly simple in photoshop. Just copy the text that you want in same style, the apply your logo over the top using the screen, overlay or whatever filter (whichever works best for the colours). Apply black around the edges and use the soft light filter to make the dark corners effect. 

 

EDIT: It will be easy to create, not to edit.

I think it would be very hard. Maybe you could contact the creator of the picture and see if they could make you something. Some people do graphics like that for fun like we build computers for fun so they might do it for free. Reverse image search on Google if you can't find the creator and it might help

I cant explain it well but the guy didn't sit there for hours and write that all out. He just wrote it once then used the pattern tool to fill it in more than likely.
