What is it and why is it taking up so much CPU?

Check for malware if it's taking up a ridiculously high amount of CPU. Other people reported that Conduit Search causes WMI Provider host to use 80+% CPU

Already checkd after Conduit Search but i dont have it so that cant be the reason.

 

And i have a fresh install of Windows, built the computer yesterday.

How much of the CPU is WMI taking up?

Around 20 to 40%

Maybe look through services to see what's running, scheduled tasks, registry etc. That's definitely not right, but on a clean installation of Windows I'm not really sure. If nothing looks wrong try reinstalling windows :/
