Micro stuttering

Why is AMD cards so prone to have more of a worst percentage of having MS up too 69% in crossfire while SLI has at least 6 to 9% prone to have MS why is that. 

 

Simply because Nvidia Kepler card have built in hardware metering and AMD's don't.
