I have no idea what's happening, I've reinstalled drivers, switched drivers, reinstalled CS and i don't know where to go from here as it's fine on everything else. See the video for more details.

Maybe it's the custom fonts you have there.  Maybe it's your graphics card failing.

Vertical video syndromeee.

It can be your drivers, I would roll those back a few patches.

It could be your gpu if you overclocked it take it down, or you can underclock it slightly and see if that helps.

I'd personally blame the game.

CSGO Is super buggy...

Try what they said above me.

Is there an OC on the card ?

How's your setup ?

i7-3970x, 8gb ram, hd7870. Nothing is OC'd, I've reinstalled so no fonts and i've been using fonts and playing the game for 1000 hours beforehand and not had this problem.

No, I've tried reinstalling them, beta drivers and I've rolled back too.

CS:GO hasn't been buggy since launch lol

But it's still full of hackers .

Okay, maybe not for you but for me and my friends its been buggier than BF4.

Spawning is broken, Hit boxes aren't great, crashes, black screens, multiple game drop outs that doesn't happen on any other game... Steam not liking CSGO... Its all broken.

Run it in borderless mode.  Fixes 99% of the problems.  And yeah, spawning is broken in deathmatch because it's a casual gamemode.  It's not Valve's main concern.

Running and borderless only seems to cause more problems.

And I wasn't talking about death match :P

Oh well. never mind

Never had any problems ( what are you doing to cs:go lol )

I wouldn't count hit boxes as a problem, except when jumping/planting .

I've been kicked twice in about 300 hours with "steam authentication error" and I don't think I've ever crashed.

But I imagine it depends on what pc you have .

Update: I've tried moving the ram about and it's doing the same thing, I tried booting into windows this morning and it wouldn't even get into it and only gave me a black screen, I've attached an image since I can only get into repair of what it's doing.
